CRYSTALLINE WATER PROOFING

It is a surface-applied, integral crystalline waterproofing material, which waterproofs and protects concrete in-depth. It consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals. It needs only to be mixed with water prior to application.

When it is applied to a concrete surface, the active chemicals react with moisture and the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction which generates an insoluble, crystalline structure. These crystals fill the pores and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further water ingress (even under pressure). However, it will still allow the passage of vapor through the structure (i.e. the concrete will be able to “breathe”). Even after the concrete has cured, It remains dormant in the concrete and will reactivate in the presence of moisture to seal capillary tracts and hairline cracks.

TWO COMPONENT SYSTEM

It is an high performance elastomeric Cementitious coating used for waterproofing and to protect atmospherically exposed reinforced concrete structures from attack by acid gases, chloride ions, oxygen & water. It is suitable for all types of structures including those in coastal environments.

The product can be used on concrete, brick and block work substrates and is equally suitable for new and existing structures. The product is designed to reface and even out variations in concrete and masonry surfaces and bridge shrinkage cracks.

It provides a seamless, flexible waterproof coating suitable for water tanks, reservoirs, drainage culverts basements and roofs. The product provides a tough durable water resistant coating which can withstand light pedestrian traffic and also has excellent weather resistance for exterior applications.

THERMOGROUT

It is a un-sanded tile joint grout which is a pre blended mixture of inorganic polymers, natural minerals and selective pigments to impart heat reflective properties apart from providing hard, uniformly colored, abrasion, acids (pH<3) and alkali resistant joints with greater adhesion and compression strength and waterproofing properties.

POLY- URETHANE COATING

It is a single component high solid content, moisture cured tar extended polyurethane based elastomeric liquid,applied waterproofing membrane,confirming to ASTM C-836–89 which finds various usages in the construction industries. Films obtained are highly flexible and highly resistant to water, UV rays, fungal growth and display excellent stability to light and outdoor performance for longer period. Ideally suited for waterproofing of foundations, roof and walls.
